2	Beaminster	Bluebell Walk from 2pm to 5pm from Chedington Village Hall. Delicious teas in Victorian village hall, plant stall and scarecrows.
2-3	East Lulworth	Civil War Battle & Living History Encampment at Lulworth Castle. Sir Thomas Tyldesley Regiment of Foote and hundreds of other members of the English Civil War Society bring the turbulent history of the 17th century to life with Battle re-enactments, Big Gun firing displays and a village encampment in the Park, with crafts and music of the period in the Castle. A great event to get close to history and experience the sights, sounds and smells of times past. Event included in normal admission price. Open 10.30am to 6pm.
3	Blandford Forum	Blandford Georgian Fayre - one of the biggest street fairs in the south of England, something for all the family, young and old.
9	Litton Cheney	A Bit Of A Do 2 at Litton Cheney Hall, School Lane. Enjoy a lazy afternoon of an array of historic vehicles, music from the Rex Trevitt Big Band, Pimms & home made clotted cream teas and more within the beautiful village of Litton Cheney, just off the A35, 10 minutes from Dorchester and Bridport. We will be offering drives in some of the vehicles and there will be a historic vehicle run from Bridport to begin the event. A great afternoon for all the family. If you have a vehicle that could join the run or the static event please do, we promise a free cream tea for all drivers! 13-15	Wimborne	How The Other Half Loves at the Tivoli Theatre. Three married couples, two cheats, four innocents, all this and two dinner parties on two nights taking place simultaneously on stage. Wimborne Drama produces Alan Ayckbourn's famous comedy of infidelity and class conflict at the Tivoli Theatre Wimborne. Box office 01202 885566, evening performances £10, Saturday matinee £8.

20	Bovington	Russian Themed Concert & Firework Display at The Tank Museum. In what promises to be the most explosive band performance of the year, The Light Cavalry Band will perform a Russian themed concert, which will include Tchaikovsky's 1812 overture set to fireworks. An outdoor concert, focusing on the music of Russian composers and pieces from Russian folk culture, visitors are encouraged to bring warm clothes & chairs. Feel free to bring a picnic, although refreshments will be available from the restaurant. Ticket Options: Under 5 Free to Concert. Children (aged 5-16 yrs) £5.00 - Single Concert ticket. Adults £9.00 - Single concert ticket. But why not make an evening of it? You can have a two-course self-service meal in The Tank Museum Restaurant and enjoy the concert. 29-4 June	East Lulworth	Pirate Festival at Lulworth Castle. Expect swashbuckling fun as we embark on 7 days of pirate-themed activities in the Castle & Park ... complete with pirate re-enactors creating mischief & merrymaking! Wander through their encampment and learn more about how they lived and fought. Many tales of smuggling, battles and piracy will be told. Displays of black powder weapons and ships guns all week. On Saturday 29th there will be a Guinness Book of Records attempt to have the most pirates in one place! So come along if you can and join in the pirate fun. Open 10.30am until 6pm. 29-6 June	Wimborne	Charlton Marshall Art Society Summer Exhibition at Pamphill Village Hall near Wimborne. Free entry and parking open from 10.00am to 5.00pm. Refreshments available. All work for sale.
29-6 June	Bovington	Half Term Fun at The Tank Museum. A variety of free fun family activities will be taking place on the Museum floor, supported by live tank displays and tracked vehicle rides in our arena. The Tank Museum explodes to life this May half term; with Tank Action Displays (weekdays only, 1pm), daily tracked vehicle rides (extra charge applies) and a host of family activities to get involved with on the Museum floor. Visitors will have the opportunity to build their own mini tanks from 'scrap' as we explore how recycling has influenced how tanks are designed and built. Visitors will also be able to try on a selection of uniforms and climb into a Cold War or World War One tank (subject to availability). Call us for more information: 01929 462359.
