23WimborneCheese, Wine and Ale Night at Wimborne Town Football Club. £5 per ticket includes free cheese board, a selection of local ales drinks promotions all evening. Local band Barbwire playing hits from the 70s right through until today.
25ChristchurchParley Bun Run 10k and 2k runs from Bournemouth Sports Club, Chapel Gate, East Parley, Christchurch. Join the Wessex Autistic Society and celebrate Easter with this rewarding family day out and take part in the 2k fun run or challenge yourself with a 10k run. Starting at Chapel Gate Sports Ground in Parley, this multi-terrain Easter theme run finishes at the Charity's Portfield School. Registration open from 9.30am, start time of 11am. 29BovingtonEvening Lecture, Lights, Camera, Action - A Life in Screen Stunts from James Bond to Top Gear at The Tank Museum from 7.30pm until late. With a CV that includes some of the biggest films ever made (including Star Wars and Saving Private Ryan), Jim Dowdall is one of the most sought after stunt co-ordinators in cinema. Tickets £10.
31WeymouthWedding Fayre and Food Festival at Weymouth Pavilion from 10am to 4pm. There will be more than 100 food and drink stalls selling everything from cheese, seafood, wine and beer to pickles, cakes and biscuits, and lots of exciting local produce. Other attractions include cookery demonstrations, art and craft displays, live music, and children's entertainment. With lots of local support, the festival is the perfect day out for food lovers. It is also a great showcase for local producers and gives customers a chance to try before they buy.
